Go PSP Go!
Sony’s PSP Go handheld has been officially confirmed!
The device is UMD-less, instead relying on 16 gigabytes of internal Flash memory to store games, movies and TV shows downloaded off the PlayStation network.

Regardless of what has been said by Sony, it is probable that the UMD-based PSP will eventually be phased out. (But of course, Sony can’t openly admit that, can they?)
